Guardian Sale – The undersigned as guardian of the person and estate of Mary E. Wortz and Amanda Wortz, minor children of William S. Wortz, dec, is authorized to sell at private sale Lot Number three, block one in the town of Ladoga, Montgomery County, Indiana. Terms – One third in hand at time of sale one third in six months and one third in twelve months from day of sale, with interest on the deferred payments, the purchaser giving notes with approved security, waiving valuation and appraisement laws… William F.
