WAVELAND Vacate Alley - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Marcus O. Sullivan has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at Crawfordsville, Indiana a petition to vacate that portion of the alley lying between lots 11 and 12 of John Milligan’s second astern addition to the town of Waveland, Indiana, extending from Green Street to the first alley south thereof, as shown in the plat executed by John Milligan Sept 30, 1853 and recorded in Deed Record 199 page 235 of Montgomery County, Indiana.  He alleges in his petition that said alley has in fact never been opened; that no person other than himself is interested therein or affected thereby and he desires to have it officially vacated of record.  The bearing on said matter will be had in such court on the 27th Day of Oct 1917 – Marcus O.
