Quarantine - 1915 - New Rich area
Source: New Richmond Record 11 Feb 1915 p 3
A quarantine, which had been screwed down pretty tight for the past four weeks was lifted Monday and this will permit all the churches, lodges and places of amusement resuming their regular order of things. There are no more cases of smallpox, thought a case of scarlet fever is reported in the Round Hill neighborhood but it is not thought it will affect either the school or other public gatherings.
