Mont Co owners of Krakauer Pianos

mostly purchased by Wavelandites – I’m fairly sure I remember one of these in the home of Dr. Straughn’s daughter Maude Cook in the 2nd block of Green Street - by the funeral home

The reputation of the Krakauer Pianos has been won entirely on their merits (new scales .. design, strength of tone …) Among the citizens of Montgomery County who owned one – pretty amazing so many. Those in Waveland owning (Style #3) one were: AJ Miller; WR Canine; Cuppys; Charles Demaree; A. Wolf and Dr. KK Straughan.
