Harris - Lloyd - estate

Frankfort – The estate of Lloyd Harris, former resident of Fountain County but domiciled in Clinton County who died at Sarasota, Fla Dec 5, has been filed for probate in Clinton Circuit court. The estate is estimated to consist of $60,000 in real estate; $50,000 in personal propery and $5000 in other assets. Virgil Stull was named executor and qualified by filing bond in the sum of $15,000. The will was dran in June 1954 and sets forth that by reason of a prenuptial agreeman no mention is made in the will of his widow, Ruth Edna Harris. The will bequeaths $500 to each of several grandchildren and the estate, consisting of land in Clinton, Fountain, Tippecanoe and Montgomery counties is to be equally divided among his sons and daughters, Miss Gladys G. Harris, Claude Harris of Clarks Hill and Mrs. Ethel Harris Stull of Lafayette Rt 5.
