Our citizens will regret to learn that James Graham, long a resident of this city, has been pronounced to be insane by Justices Canine and Ramsay, on the evidence of Dr. May. He was taken to the asylum on Thursday. The probabilities are that his insanity was caused by his misfortunes in business. - kz
