A commission of lunacy Friday composed of Drs. E. W. Keegan, J. F. Davidson, and R. H. Gerald, and Justice S. A. Stilwell found that Charles Edwards was of unsound mind and papers were this morning sent to Indianapolis asking for his admission into the Central Hospital for the insane. Mr. Edwards is 63 years old and was the father of fourteen children. Since the death of his wife several years ago he has been more or less mentally unbalanced and it will be remembered married two notorious sporting women in this city. Of late he has been unable to sleep and has been rapidly getting worse, having hallucinations that worried him a great deal.
