Dunbar, Frank - party for young

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Dunbar entertained quite a number of young folks very pleasantly at their home Saturday night by giving a masquerade party.  All enjoyed themselves with their gay dresses and then they unmasked and played many games. Those present were: Messrs Arthur Dunbar, George Cook, Harry and Willie Bowers, Arley Hays, Ivan Corns, Fred and Frank Parker, Roy and Hazel Coyner and Misses Fannie Dunbar, Cloe and Alta Coyner, May and Tune Cook, Glennie Hays, Laura Thompson and Rosa Rettinger. All left at a late hour wishing them more such pleasant gatherings.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Dunbar planned a surprise for the school teacher, Mr. (Ernest) Brown, and it was a success. About half past 7 the young people gathered and went in and surprised him completely. Games were played and refreshments were served in the courses consisting of coffee, sandwiches, eggs, pickles, ice cream and cake. Those present were: Arthur Dunbar, Phil Jobe, Gill Williamson, John Rettinger, Albert Dunbar, Joe Hodge, Roy Coyner, Frank Burroughs and Lulu Pittman, Clo and Alta Coyner, Mary and Goldie Boots, Eleanor Turnipseed, Susie Dunbar, Fannie Dunbar and Edith Rettinger.  Mr. and Mrs. Dunbar proved themselves to be excellent entertainers and all left at a late hour leaving their best wishes to all.
