Mrs. Lizzie Curry by her attorney, GW Paul filed a suit Sunday in Justice Stilwell’s court for bastardy making WW Morgan the defendant. He gave bone with WL Lee as bondsman and the trial will be held on Friday in Stilwell’s court.
