County Aid to poor

We believe it has rarely been the custom to publish the names of those receiving aid from the township trustee. If so, The Review will create an innovation this week giving the names of quite a number who have appealed to the trustee for aid during the past few weeks as taken from the records of the office. Many or most of them probably needed what they called for, others probably were not so deserving and could have gone out and earned what they procured from the trustee. It of course is impossible for him often to discriminate, between the deserving and those not and some times he is imposed upon:
