County Agent News - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

The county board of education yesterday reappointed OE Ackerson to the position of county agent for Montgomery County. Mr Ackerson’s selection for a second term in the office was recommended by Purdue University whi8ch was urged to take such action by the US Bureau of Agriculture. The Montgomery County Farmers’ Association also backed the appointment on the grounds that Mr. Ackerson’s work during the past year had been beneficial to them and that it was highly successful.
