Bills, Conductor - Monon - retires

Conductor Bills, one of the oldest conductors on the Monon road has resigned the resignation taking effect next Friday. Mr. Bills is one of the oldest railroad men of the state and began his career as an engineer. He has been a conductor on the Monon for 13 years or more and was the conductor who had charge of the train that was wrecked a mile north of the city three years ago.
