There is real melody in the mezzo-soprano voice of Evelyn J. Baker, who gave a delightful recital at WJZ’s studio. She sang, “O, Dry Those Tears,” magnificently and fol- (sic – sentence is not finished)  among which we liked “My Lover is a Fisherman.”  She was brilliantly accompanied on the piano by Wyonette Cleveland and on the violin by Edward Bandel.
