Maxwell - Tom shot in side

The Maxwell family, of Jennison Street, Wednesday night received a telephone message from Thorntown stating that their brother, Tom Maxwell, had been shot in the side there Wednesday and was in a very serious condition. He had been working in Thorntown since last winter. Thursday morning two of his brothers went to Thorntown on their bicycles but so far no word has been received from them.
