Samuel Livengood, who lives about 7 miles southwest of here, was hauling a load of tile to his farm Monday and in some manner fell under the wheels the same passing over his head. It was at first thought that he was instantly killed but he now lies in a fair way to recovery is expected beyond a doubt. He had one rib broken in addition to his other injuries.
