Horse Thief Detective Association

The Montgomery Association of Horse Thief Detectives held its semi-annual meeting in the small court room in the courthouse Thursday morning and afternoon. About 50 members from all parts of the county were in attendance and considerable business of importance was transacted. Resolutions on the death of Morton Stewart of Darlington who was an active and prominent member of the organization were adopted.
