Golden Anniversary – Mr. and Mrs. George T. Cogdal will observe their golden wedding anniversary Sunday June 25 with open house in the Waveland Christian Church annex from 2 to 5 o’clock. The omission of gifts is requested. They were married June 21, 1911 at Palmyra, Mo. Their children are Fred J. of Sullivan, Ill; Thomas T. of Peoria, Ill; and Laura Marie Cogdal of Waveland. They have seven granddaughters.
