Clem - jo - CW desserter

Jo Clem, a German butcher who has been working for John Bruker for some time, was arrested last Tuesday on a charge of being a deserter from Co. B, 4th United States Infantry Regiment. It is said that he has been absent from his regiment over three years. He was taken to Louisville where the regiment is at present stationed.
