Jacobs, 87, came to California in 1906 and “here we are yet,” she says.  Mrs. Jacobs lived in Rosemead, Southern California.  Another sister, Mrs. Effie Dell Baxter of Springfield, Mo will be 83 Oct 6.  Mrs. Chadwick who has lived in Salinas for the last two years now makes her home with Mr. and Mrs. Joe Lavorato at 650 John St.  A tape recording was made of the festivities when she was honored by the Lavoratos on Sept 17.  Cake and ice cream also served to Mr. and Mrs. Benny Benson, Mis Glenda Benson, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Jennings, Mr. and Mrs. Ernie Maetche of Concord; Mr. and Mrs. Tony Canales, Max E.
