GUARDIAN SALE – The undersigned as Guardian of the persons and estates of Dugald S. McIntyre and Sylvester C. McIntyre in pursuance with a decree of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Indiana, will on or after the 21st day of April sell at private sale the following described real estate, situated in said county towit: The undivided 2/5 part of the east half of the southeast quarter of section 36: and also the undivided 2/5 part of 20 acres across the south end of the east half of the northeast quarter of Section 36; all in Twp 17, north of Range 6 West. TERMS – 1/3 of the purchase money cash in hand; 1/3 in 9 months and residue in twelve months from the day of sale. The deferred payments being secured by notes with approved security waving valuation and appraisement laws, and bearing interest from date.
