This indenture witnesseth that Levi VANCLEVE and Mathida Vancleave (sic) his wife, convey and warrant to Aaron VanCleave of Montgomery County in the state of Indiana for the sum of $400 dollars the following real estate, in Montgomery County state of Indiana, towit:

Lot Number 49 in the Original Plat of the town of Waveland as laid out and platted by John Millign and Mathew Noel in the year 1887, together with all the priveleges and appurtenances thereto belonging to have and to hold the same to the said Aaron Vancleave, his heirs and assigns forever. in witness whereof, the said Levi Vancleave and matilda his wife have hereunto set their lands and seals this 27th day of February 1868.
