The will of the late Thomas L. LaFollette of Shannondale and Crawfordsville was filed in probate court here today. The instrument was drawn April 9, 1903 and was witnessed by A. Burk and RT Bruce. It proves that $2200 in cash shall be held in trust by the exec for the decedent’s’ grandson, Walter Clay Courtney until he shall become of age. “All household chattels are also bequeathed to his grandson, except the deceased’s watch and clock which are given to John W. and Robert F. LaFollette respectively. The residue of the estate is to be shared equally by Joseph N, John W. and Robert F. LaFollette and Nancy P and Nancy A. Rutledge, George T. Young is appointed executor of the LaFollette will and he has duly qualified as such.
