Rosebaum, their attorney and file their complain herein to quiet title to Real Estate situated in Montgomery County, Indiana together with an affidavit that said defendants, the unknown heirs, devisces, legatees, next of kin and legal representatives of Henderson Oliver, deceased, Julia Wineland, the unknown heirs deviscs, legatees, next of kin and legal representatives of Julia Wineland, deceased; Henrietta Trotter, unknown heirs, devisces, legatees, next of kin and legal representatives of Henrietta Trotter, deceased; Levi M. Trotter, unknown heirs, devisces, legatees, next of kin and legal representatives of Levi M. Trotter, deceased; Henrietta Wineland, unknown heirs, devisces, legatees, next of kin and legal representatives of Henrietta Wineland, deceased; Milton Wineland, unknown heirs, devisces, legatees, next of kin and legal representatives of Milton Wineland, deceased; Elizabeth Wineland, unknown heirs, devisces, legatees, next of kin and legal representatives of Elizabeth Wineland, deceased; Frederick Wineland, unknown heirs, devisces, legatees, next of kin and legal representatives of Frederick WIneland, deceased are not residents of the State of Indiana. The undersigned administrator of the Estate of Alice Oliver, deceased, hereby gives notice that by virtue of an order of the Montgomery Circuit Court, he will at the hour of 10 o'clock a.m. of the 12th day of july 1913 at the Law Office of JO Rosebaum in Waveland, Indiana, and from day to day thereafter until sold offer for sale at private sale all of the interest of said decedent in and to the following described real esate Montgomery County, state of Indiana towit: Part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 11 Township 17 North Range 6 West described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner of said South West quarter of said Section 11 and running thence north 57 and 1/7 rods to the SE corner of a tract of land conveyed by Alice Oliver and husband to Mary Jane Wilshire Aug 31, 1897 by deed recorded Deed Record 79 page 75 of the Records of Montgomery County, Indiana thence West along the south line of the tract last above mentioned 44 and 6 hundreds (44.6) rods of the NE corner of a tract deeded by Alice Oliver and husband to Richard L. Moore Jan 8, 1906 by deed recorded in Deed Record 96 p 554 of said records, thence south along the east line of the tract last above mentioned 37 rods to the SE corner thereof, thence West along the south line of said tract 25 and 94 hundreds (25.94) rods to the SW corner of said tract last above mentioned and the east line of a 5-acre tract sold by Berryman Clore by deed dated March 31, 1858 and recorded in Deed Record 23 at page 273 of said records, thence south 20 and 1-7th (20.1-7) rods along the East line of said 5 acre tract to the South line of said Section 11 thence East 70 rods to the place of beginning containing 19 acres more or less. Said sale will be made subject to the approval of said court, for not less than the full appraised value of said real estate and upon the following terms and conditions: All cash or at least 1/2 of the purchase money cash in hand, the balance in 9 months evidenced by note of the purchaser, bearing six per cent interest from date, waiving relief, providing attorney's fees and secured by first mortgage on the real estate sold.
