The undersigned wishes to sell the farm on which he now lives, situated near Brownsville (Browns Valley), Montgomery County and about 10 miles south of Crawfordsville, near the Terre Haute road and contains 270 acres of ground of which 150 acres is now under cultivation, the balance is in timber. The fencing, building, etc are in good repairs, a good well of never-failing water convenient to the house, also, a good orchard of most excellent fruit.
