By the provisions of Joab Elliott’s will his wife, Ann J is to have all of the rents and profits accruing from his estate providing she does not marry again. At her death the property is to be divided between his three nephews, Joab Elliott, Joab McKinsey and Mordecai B. McKinsey. - kz
