Notice is hereby given that at the July term 1853 of the court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, the estate of Lorin Cooly deceased was settled leaving a surplus of $76 and 69 cents.  The heirs at law of said estate are therefore notified that on the first day of the next tern of such court, such surplus will be distributed to such persons as shall establish their right to share distribution.
