The following list is an attempt to show all known graves, using using photographs of the headstones.  Notes were supplemented with marriage and census records, a very limited survey (48 burials) by Robert E Turman made in 1946, plus genealogy records.  There probably are unmarked graves plus a few unknown due to missing, unreadable, destroyed or broken markers.   Another version of this document with photographs of the headstones is available from the Cemeteries with photos page.
