The Minnear cemetery was deeded as a cemetery to the heirs of John Minnear on January 5, 1875, as recorded in Book 19 Page 360 in the Records Office of Wabash Co. It is quite small, but there may well be more burials there than can be seen. The information was recorded from existing stones in 1981 by members of the Wabash Middle School History Club.
