William Stutler and Martha "Patsy" Upton. Joseph and his wife
Lavina Cossey had nine known children.

This is Lavina Cossey,
daughter of Nehemiah Cossey and Anne Peters. Lavina was born
in Ohio 31 August 1823 and died in Vermillion County 20 July
1881. She married Joseph S. Stutler 19 September 1841.

Peter F. Stutler was born in Vermillion County to Joseph S. Stutler and
his wife Lavina Cossey. He died in Vermillion County and
never married.
