The Chapel and Assembly Hall has a seating capacity of six hundred and is provided with very comfortable opera chairs on both the main floor and gallery.  The Ministerial Association of Lafayette supplies a preacher every Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, Sunday-school, prayer meeting and evening service conducted by members of the Home.
Occasional entertainments are held throughout the week.
In the basement of the chapel is a library and amusement room.  The library contains about twelve hundred volumes and is well patronized.  The amusement room has a billiard table, a pool table, card tables, backgammon boards, checker boards and other games for the amusement of the members.
