BILL FOR DIVORCE MARY JANE STRICKLAND
Be it remembered, that on this 23rd day of December, A.D. 1845, said complainant, by INGRAHM? and JONES, her solicitors, filed in the office of the Clerk of the Tippecanoe Circuit Court, her bill of complaint against said defendant, and also the affidavit of a disinterested person stating that the said defendant is not a resident of the State of Indiana. The said defendant is therefore hereby notified that unless he personally be and appear before the Judges of our Tippecanoe Circuit Court on the first day of their next term, is beholden at the Court House in the town of Lafayette, in said county, on the last Monday in February next, and then and there, on or before the calling of this case, plead, answer, or demur to the complainants bill in this behalf, the matters and things therein charged and alleged will be taken as confessed against him, and will be heard and determined and decreed in his absence accordingly. Given under my hand at office in Lafayette on this twenty
third day
of December, A.D. 1845.

LAWSON ABBETT, Administrator of the estate of
Notice is hereby given to LYDIA BENNETT, SAMUEL
THORNTON BENNETT,
LOUISA BENNETT, and WILLIAM SARGEANT BENNETT,
heirs as aforesaid,
that the Administrator has filed his petition in said
Court to settle the
estate of WILLIAM BENNETT, deceased, as
insolvent. The said
widow and heirs are therefore hereby notified to
personally be and appear
before the Judge of the Tippecanoe Probate Court on the
first day of the
next term to be holden at the court house in the town of
Lafayette in said
county, on the third Monday in May next, and then there to
answer the petition
in this behalf and show cause why said estate shall not be
settled insolvent,
or the matters and things therein contained will be taken
as confessed
and true, and determined in their absence accordingly.

On this 7th day of April A.D. 1846, said petitioners by
COX their solicitor,
filed in the office of the Clerk of the Tippecanoe Probate
court, their
petition, and also the affidavit of a disinterested person

defendants, LEWIS COBLER and NANCY COBLER,
are not residents
of the State of Indiana. They are heretofore
notified of the filing
and pendency of the petition in this behalf, and that
unless they and each
of them personally be and appear before the Judge of our
Tippecanoe Probate
Court on the first day of the next term thereof, to
be holden at the court house in the town of Lafayette, in
said county,
on the third Monday in May next, and then and there on or

and SAMUEL McCULLAUGH,
