Silas S. and Charlotte L. (Oyler) Shaffer
Silas Shaffer (1819-1895)  Silas was the son of Jacob and Anna (Thatcher) Shaffer.  Charlotte was the daughter of Samuel and Sophia (Rabson) Oyler.  Parents of Harry S. Shaffer.
