KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, Sarah E. Wiggins of Tippecanoe County, State of Indiana, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament, in manner following, to-wit:-

FIRST,  It is my will, that all my just debts and expenses of last sickness be paid as soon as practicable.

SECOND.  I give, devise and bequeath to my husband, Randolph Wiggins, my entire estate that I now have, or may hereafter acquire - real, personal or mixed - to his sole use and benefit forever.

THIRD.  Should I survive my said husband, then I give and bequeath to my son Charles S. Wiggins twenty-five dollars ($25.00) in money as in full of his interest in my estate.

FOURTH.  To Rudolph S. Wiggins, my son, I give, devise and bequeath the two-sixths (2/6) in value of the residue of my estate.

FIFTH.  To my four (4) daughters, I give, devise and bequeath the four-sixths (4/6) in value of the residue of my estate to be shared by them equally.

I have given my son Rudolph more than my other children to compensate him for extra services rendered.

LASTLY, I nominate and appoint LAFAYETTE LOAN AND TRUST COMPANY OF LAFAYETTE, INDIANA, to be the executor of my will.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this 27th day of January, 1914.

CODICIL

I, Sarah E. Wiggins, of Tippecanoe County, State of Indiana, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this as a codicil to my last will and testament, dated the 24th day of January 1914, in manner and form as follows, to-wit:-

FIRST.  I give and devise to my six children, including Charles S. Wiggins, the house and the real estate upon which the same is situated, in the Town of West LaFayette, Indiana, Tippecanoe County, and known and designated as No. 611 North Salisbury Street, West LaFayette, Indiana, share and share alike, and it is my will that the share to which my daughter, Cora Blanche Burroughs, shall be entitled shall be held in trust for her benefit as provided in the next item herein.

SECOND.  It is my will that the FIFTH item of my said will be modified and changed to read as follows:-  I give, devise and bequeath to LaFayette Loan & Trust Company, LaFayette, Indiana, in trust neverthe-less for the use and benefit of my daughter, Cora Blanche Burroughs, nee Wiggins, the one-sixth (1/6) of the residue of my estate, subject to all other provisions of my said will and of this codicil.  It is my will that said trustee shall manage, control, invest and expend this trust estate for the sole use and benefit of the said Cora Blanche Burroughs, for and during the period of her natural life, exercising and using proper discretion in matters pertaining to said trust with the view of expending the income thereof, and so much of the principal as may become necessary, in the maintenance and support of said beneficiary.  Upon the death of the said Cora Blanche Burroughs, said trust shall cease and terminate and said entire trust fund, or the remainder thereof, in whatever form it may be then, shall vest absolutely in the children of the said Cora Blanche Burroughs, if any, otherwise in her nearest blood kindred and their heirs.

It is the will of said testatrix that the said Cora Blanche Burroughs shall at no time have any right, title or interest in the principal of said trust, but that her sole interest shall be in the income thereof, or so much of the principal, as expended by said trustee, for her use and benefit.

The remaining three-sixths (3/6) of said residue I give, devise and bequeath to my three remaining daughters in equal shares as their absolute property.

I hereby ratify and confirm all of the remaining terms of my said will.

SECOND CODICIL

I Sarah E. Wiggins, of Tippecanoe County, State of Indiana, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this as a Second Codicil to my last will and testament, dated January 24, 1914, in manner and form as follows, to-wit:-

FIRST.  I give and bequeath to my son, Rudolph S. Wiggins, the ox yoke, skip-jack, the reaping cradle, the old shot gun and the old tar bucket.

I give and bequeath the old blue coverlid and the old dutch oven to my daughter, Maude Ross.

I give and bequeath the candle mold and candle snuffers to my daughter, Clara McKinnis.

I give and bequeath volume 2 of the History of Tippecanoe County to my grandson, Marvin  S. Wiggins, son of Rudolph S. Wiggins, and Volume 1 of said History goes to my grandson Stanford Wiggins, son of Charles Wiggins.

I give and bequeath the large bible to my granddaughter Mary Emma Ross.

I give and bequeath the white quilt to my daughter Cora B. Burroughs.

I give and bequeath the small bible to my daughter Pearl Burroughs.

I give and bequeath the old tongs and andirons and the old sword to my son Charles Wiggins.

I hereby ratify and confirm all of the remaining terms of my said will and of the first codicil thereto.
