KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, Randolph Wiggins of Tippecanoe County, State of Indiana, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this as my last will and Testament, in manner following, to-wit:-

FIRST,  It is my will, that all my just debts and expenses of last sickness be paid as soon as practicable.

SECOND.  I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Sarah E. Wiggins, my entire estate that I now have, or may hereafter acquire - real, personal or mixed – to her sole use and benefit forever.

THIRD.  Should I survive my said wife, then I give and bequeath to my son Charles S. Wiggins twenty-five dollars ($25.00) in money as in full of his interest in my estate.

FOURTH.  To Rudolph S. Wiggins, my son, I give, devise and bequeath the two-sixths (2/6) in value of the residue of my estate.

FIFTH.  To my four (4) daughters, I give, devise and bequeath the four-sixths (4/6) in value of the residue of my estate to be shared by them equally.

I have given my son Rudolph more than my other children to compensate him for extra services rendered.

LASTLY, I nominate and appoint LAFAYETTE LOAN AND TRUST COMPANY OF LAFAYETTE, INDIANA, to be the executor of my will.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this 27th day of January, 1914.
