This picture was given to me from my cousin, who's father was Victor Swatts shown in the picture.  My Mother should have been in the picture but we don't see her although her sisters and cousins are in the picture.

 

Persons in the picture: and note this is our best guess given to us from Mabel (Swatts) Buck, she is one of the girls in the picture.
