S-P War - NELSON, Omer - Putnam

Omer Nelson, 80, Greencastle, died Friday at Hagerstown, MD. He was a Spanish-American War Veteran and was enroute to Washington DC when he became ill. He was born and raised in Putnam County the son of Thomas and Eve Jane Cole Nelson. Relatives who survive are Mrs. Nellie Martin of Reelsville, Clarence and Dan Marshall of Greencaslte, Tobe and John Nelson.
