Sir:

John Gorrell, a Revoly Pension under act 18 March 1818 formerly of Bath County KY has removed to Putnam County Ind. He requests that you will send him the necessary blanks in order to obtain a transfer from this to the Indiana Agency.  He has been paid up to 4th March 1837 – as we are frequently applied to for information how to proceed in cases of transfer it would be well perhaps if you would send a few blanks to this Agency. Resp your obt. St Wm. Ernest, Pension Clerk
