Sallie Wagoner (sic) local colored woman was granted a divorce from Todd Wagner (sic) in the Putnam Circuit court Friday afternoon. The couple were married in 1903 it was said. The plaintiff alleges cruel and inhuman treatment and non-support. - kbz
