Maggie Stutesman vs. John Stutesman is the title of a suit for divorce filed this afternoon in Putnam Circuit Court, CB Case attorney. The plaintiff avers that they were married Nov 11, 1893 and lived together as husband and wife until July 25, 1895; that the defendant has been guilty of cruel and inhuman conduct toward plaintiff; that the defendant has failed and refused to provide for plaintiff and refused to provide for plaintiff, although fully able to do so; that there are no children and in to married life hasn’t been like Grover Cleveland said it was, “one grand sweet song!”
