Montgomery - 1896 - Putnam

Amanda E. Montgomery has brought a suit for divorce from her husband, Tyre Montgomery, CB Case, attorney for the plaintiff, filing the papers in Putnam Circuit Court Monday. The complaint alleges abandonment and failure to provide. The parties are quite prominent, there being two children the results of the union.
