MARTIN - Ruth - Paul - Putnam

Judge James P. Hughes of the Putnam Circuit Court today granted Ruth M. Martin a divorce from her husband Paul A. Martin on grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment. Mrs. Martin was also given custody of the one child of the couple, Paul Wallace, and martin was ordered to pay support money for the child into the court.
