Howard, Divorce.  Be it remembered that on this 4th day of January, 1859 the Plaintiff by Usher & Donohue, his attorneys filed in the Clerk’s office of said court, his complaint against said defendant and petition for divorce, together with the affidavit of a competent witness by which it appears that the said defendant is not a resident of the state of Indiana. She is therefore hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said complaint and that the same will stand for trial at the next term of said court. J. McGinnis, Clerk.
