GOMPF, Fred - Louise M - Putnam

The sensational divorce of Fred Gompf against his wife, Louise M. Gompf is set for trial before Judge Hughes next Tuesday morning.  It probably will take two or three days to hear it.  This morning, TT Moore, attorney for Mr. Gompf filed an additional paragraph to the complaint.  The paragraph is similar to the original paragraph of the complaint, alleging that Mrs. Gompf is guilty of acts of adultery with an Indianapolis man.  The case will be a hard-fought one.  Mr. Gompf has retained Florea & Seidensticker and Martin Hugg both firms of Indianapolis and Hays & Murphy of this city  The case was brought to Putnam County on a change of venue from Marion   County.   ---transcribed by kbz
