EVENS, Henry G. - Putnam

Two Russellville people, Florence Evans and Henry G. Evans, were the principles in a divorce suit which was heard in the circuit court yesterday. Mrs. Evans led the complain in the first instance, asking that the divorce be granted in an alimony of $15,000 be allowed because of the alleged cruel & inhuman treatment of the defendant.

Mr. Evans field a cross complain in which he alleged that the original complainant was guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment and that wether the cause left the cross complaint in April of 1919. The court allowed

the divorce to Mr. Evans. The property accounts were settled outside of court.
