Greencastle, Jan 29 - Ben Deming, DePauw University student, who wrote an article for the campus daily several weeks ago that brought temporary suspension from college of the entire staff was sued for divorce today by the girl he married soon after publican of the article.
Mrs. Demin also a DePauw student formerly was Sue D'Arcy. She charged Deming with cruel and inhuman treatment. Her home is in Miami Beach, Fla. Deming's home in Ft. Worth, Tex.
Deming's article, which brought disciplinary action, urged dismissal of Miss Katherine S. Alvord as Dean of Women at DePauw, on the grounds of incompetency. - kz
