COX, John - Hattie - Putnam

John Cox, age 57, 107 Hill street has filed suit for divorce in the Putnam Circuit Court Hattie said to live at Brazil. The plaintiff alleges cruel and inhuman treatment. According to the complaint the couple were married in 1889 and separated in 1927. The plaintiff charges the defendant with saying that she “cared more for other men’s little fingers than she did for his whole body.” She is also charged with being quarrelsome. The couple have eight children. James & Allee are attorneys for plaintiff.
