Judge James P. Hughes of the Putnam Circuit Court today granted Cleo Breeden a divorce from her husband, William Spencer Breeden. The decree was granted on grounds of abandonment and Breeden defaulted. Mrs. Breeden was given custody of the two children of the couple.
