Will signed September 25, 1877, probated February 6, 1878. To wit: "Italian marble stone for his wife" . . . to be placed on "parcel of land known as my cemetery, which I have made a burial ground and occupied as such. North and south 75 feet, east and west 40 feet. . . off the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 Section 16, Twp 15 North of Range 5 west -- 15 acres off the south end. "
