The Greencastle Foundry has made another large casting. It is an iron turn table which measures about 25’ in length and weighs in the neighborhood of 8000 pounds. It was made for the Southern Pacific Road and has been shipped to El Paso, Cal.

The undersigned having associated themselves together in the Foundry & Machines Business under the name and firm of WM. D. Wilson & Son would say that they are prepared to do a General Foundry and Machine Business and will keep a general assortment of Castings on hand, such as Sugar Kettles, Skillets, and Lids, Fire Dogs, Grates, Grate Barrs, Gudgeons for Mills and Mill Irons on hand and made to order at short notice. Sugar Mills – we are now building three sizes of Sugar Mills which we flatter ourselves are superior to any in use for the same among of money. Wheat Drills – we are manufacturing William P. Penn’s Patent Wheal Drill & Grass Seed sower which we offer to the public and have no hesitancy in saying that it is the best drill now in use which will be shown by certificates in Circulars. Cider Mills & Presses – we keep on hand a good article for $25 – also straw cutters, etc. Plows – We keep S. Horney & Co Richmond Plow for sale, warranted and without doubt cannot be surpassed. Call and see them. Iron Fencing and Gates – Iron Fencing and Gates – of several different patters for yards and graves etc which will be made to order at short notice…..
