Forty-five members of the Bell family gathered yesterday at the home of William Bell in their fourth annual reunion. All branches of the family were represented and it was a merry party of relatives who united in one happy spirit for the day’s occasion. A big dinner, supplied from huge baskets brought by the visitors together with the good things prepared by their hostess, was spread on one long table under the trees on the lawn. Following the satisfaction of the inner man, and a few games of croquet, the company repaired to the M. E, church where the business session was held and a varied entertaining program was given. There have been three births with no deaths in this family during the past year. Those present were Will Bell and family, J. A. Bell and family, Frank Bell and family, Moses R. Binns, wife and son Arlie, Noah Oppy, wife and daughter, Mrs. Jennie Campbell and Miss Pauline Peterson of New Richmond; Mrs. Frank Stribbling and children of Hillsboro; Mrs. Albert Dazey, two daughters, Mrs. Cyrus Haines and Miss Marne Dazey, and grand daughter, Dorothy Dazey, of Indianapolis; Mrs. John Perry, Mrs. Preston Smith and two daughters of Lafayette; Chas. Oppy, wife and two children, and E. P- Grubbs of Russiaville; and Will Williams of Newtown.
